The rear cover is an advertisement for Nestle Quik chocolate milk powder featuring the Quik Bunny. Details on the back of the tin indicate you would receive the reprint of Action Comics #1 and a”limited edition comic book created exclusively for this promotion featuring Superman and the Quik Bunny. While the cover image doesn’t match, this is the Superman Meets the Quick Bunny promotional comic with a 1987 indicia copyright.
This reprint is often incorrectly referred to with a date of 1983 due to the indicia noting the inside cover image has a copyright of 1983. But the last date in the indicia is 1987. No other cover price version with the Quik ad on the back exists.
