G. H. Wood Ltd. Sponge Towel Sleeping Bag Promotion
G. H. Wood Ltd. (Canada) included a copy of this comic book in specially marked packages of sponge towels. Included on the back cover was a promotion to enclose $15.95 and two wrappers from the sponge towels, and you would receive “your very own Superman Sleeping bag.” Offer expired December 31, 1976. The inside front cover featured an ad for Mego superhero action figures and other assorted toys. Inside back cover marked “Printed in U.S.A.”.
